The cost of staying at Lustro Wody depends on several factors:
1. Rental period – prices are higher during summer, weekends, and holidays. The lowest rates apply in winter, autumn, and early spring on weekdays.
2. Booking lead time – booking at least 180 days in advance gives you a 10% discount (not applicable during holidays or long weekends). We do not offer last-minute deals.
3. Length of stay – the longer you stay, the lower the per-day cost. For extended stays, give us a call – we’ll offer a special deal.
4. Number of guests – we accommodate up to 14 people. The house is equipped for this number. The rental price is fixed, regardless of guest count.
5. Type of reservation – non-refundable bookings are cheaper. Refundable bookings are slightly more expensive but can be canceled free of charge within the timeframe specified during booking. We do not accept refundable bookings within a month of the planned arrival date.
6. Yearly price updates – prices may increase due to rising utility costs and home maintenance. We also regularly invest in new attractions and garden features.
The hot tub and Finnish sauna are available for an additional fee. Hot tub: 350 PLN/day, 450 PLN for two days, or 650 PLN for the entire stay. Sauna: 250 PLN per 2.5h session (including heating time, which takes 30–45 minutes depending on the outside temperature).
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM on arrival day, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on departure day. If there are no reservations before or after your stay, an extension is possible at 100 PLN/hour – to be confirmed by phone with our staff.
