How can I check the price of my stay?
The quickest way to check the rental price is to enter your preferred dates and the number of guests (max. 14) on our main website. If the dates cannot be selected, it means that the period is already booked. If you are planning a company retreat, workshop or special event, please email us at hello@lustrowody.pl. We will discuss the possibilities with you and prepare an individual offer. We are happy to welcome small, well-behaved dogs, provided they sleep in their own dog bed. We accept one small dog only. The fee is PLN 150.00 per night.
What determines the booking price?
The price of a stay at Lustro Wody depends on several factors:
1. Rental period - prices are higher during the summer season, weekends and public holidays. The lowest prices are available in winter, autumn and early spring on weekdays.
2. How early you book - if the booking is made at least 180 days in advance, the price is 10% lower (applies to July and August). We do not offer last-minute discounts.
3. Length of stay - the longer the stay, the lower the average nightly price. If you are planning a longer stay, please contact us and we will agree on individual terms.
4. Number of guests - the house can accommodate a maximum of 14 people and its installations have been designed for this number of guests. The rental price of the house is fixed and does not decrease with a smaller number of guests.
5. Type of booking - a non-refundable booking is cheaper. A refundable booking costs slightly more but can be cancelled free of charge within the period specified when making the reservation. Refundable bookings are not accepted during the last month before arrival.
6. We adjust the rental price every year due to increasing utility costs and the costs of maintaining the house in excellent condition. We also regularly invest in new attractions and garden features.
Additional services
1. The cost of using the hot tub is PLN 350 gross for one day, PLN 450 for two days or PLN 650 for the entire stay. Filling the hot tub marks the start of its use.
2. The cost of using the sauna is PLN 250 for a 2.5-hour session, including heating time. Heating takes approximately 30-45 minutes depending on the outside temperature. Each additional hour costs PLN 100. Sauna use is settled based on the electricity meter.
3. Dry firewood for the fireplace and outdoor fire pit is available for PLN 100 per wheelbarrow.
VAT invoices
We issue a VAT invoice for every booking. Invoice details should be provided when making the reservation.
Check-in, check-out and extending your stay
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If there are no bookings immediately before or after your stay, it may be possible to extend your stay for an additional fee of PLN 150 per hour. This must be confirmed by phone with our staff.
